BRIPoin are rewards in the form of points to BRI customers for banking activities carried out related to savings and credit card products, as well as other bank products and services at BRI. BRIPoin are a combined point between BRIPoin (BRI savings and e-banking transactions) and Credit Card Points. Points are valid until December 31 in every year. We inform to customers who have accessed BRIpoin in BRImo can continuously access BRIpoin through BRImo, since the activation has done previously in BRImo platform.

  1. Points are valid until December 31 in the same year. Example: Customer A activates BRIpoin in January 2023, Customer B activates BRIpoin in May 2023, and Customer C activates BRIpoin in August 2023. The validity period of all Customers A, B, and C is until December 31, 2023
  2. The exchange period can be done during the BRIPoin program
  3. If the BRIPoin points accumulation or balance are not exchanged until the end of the points expiration period, the BRIPoin points will be forfeited
  4. If the customer closes all BRI accounts and/or products, all BRIPoin Points collected from the account will expire even though the program has not ended.

  2. Customer banking activities that are calculated as points on the BRIPoin Program are for BritAma Savings, Operational Accounts, e-banking, Credit Cards, and their transactions.
  3. BRI savings products that can earn points are specifically for individual savings both in rupiah and in foreign currencies, with the main types of savings that must be owned by the Customer namely BritAma, BritAma business, Junio, BritAma plans and/or additional savings products or other specified savings by BRI
  4. Credit Card products that can earn points are specifically for BRI Touch, Easy Card, BRI Platinum Mastercard and JCB credit cards, Co-branding, Pertamina and/or other credit card products determined by BRI.
  5. E-banking products that can earn points are specifically for e-banking such as BRIMo, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Notifications and / or other e-banking products determined by BRI.
  6. Points are calculated based on the Customer Identification File (CIF) per Customer or the accumulation of all Customer products if the customer has more than 1 (one) BRI product.
  7. If there are differences in data on the BRIPoin calculation recorded by the Customer and those recorded in the BRI system, what can be used as a reference is the point calculation data in the BRI system.
  8. BRIPoin that are not exchanged (redeem) will be accumulated with BRIPoin obtained later until the point expiry deadline.
  9. Banking activities undertaken by customers to collect points following the applicable provisions per each activity carried out, such as the terms of account opening, e-channel activation, and others.
  10. This program does not change the provisions of other banking activities in BRI
  11. Customers remain subject to and comply with the terms and conditions relating to banking activities determined by BRI, including applicable laws and regulations
  12. BRI can make changes at any time related to the terms and conditions, which BRI will then inform all Customers in the form and manner determined by BRI
  13. Decisions, provisions, and amendments to the provisions made by BRI cannot be contested.

The following are the product criteria that are used as a reference in the calculation of the BRIpot program as follows:

BRIPoin can be exchanged through the following channels:

  1. Website www.bripoin.bri.co.id, through this website, exchange can be made for all prize categories.
  2. In the points exchange process, BRI will be assisted by partners (third parties) who have collaborated with BRI. The partner will be responsible for providing up to the delivery of prizes.
  3. Every customer point exchange transaction will receive a One Time Password (OTP) to the mobile number recorded in the BRI system. If the customer does not have a valid mobile number in the BRI system, the customer is asked to update the data at the nearest BRI Branch Office.
  4. Every point redemption transaction, the customer will receive an SMS / e-mail notification that will be sent via the mobile number or e-mail address indicated on the BRI system.
  5. Points exchanged cannot be cancelled unless BRI and or BRI partners cannot fulfil the delivery of the selected goods/services. In this condition, BRI will return the points that have been exchanged.
  1. Travel, special categories related to travel such as airplane tickets, hotels, car rentals, and others
  2. Non-travel, prize categories in the form of goods/services such as electronic devices, fee waivers, subscription services, and others
  3. Bank BRI products and services, special categories such as credit card fee waivers, BRIZZI Top-ups, Link Aja, etc. (under development)
  4. Vouchers, in physical or electronic form such as shopping vouchers, hotels, pulses, and others
  5. Miles Points for several airlines such as Garuda Miles, Krisflyer, AirAsia BIG, and others.
  6. Categories and types of prizes may change at any time depending on the availability of goods/services. BRI has the right to change the list of categories and types of prizes without prior notice.
  1. Customers are asked to register on the website www.bripoin.bri.co.id to participate in this program.
  2. All BRI products and services owned by customers will be automatically registered to earn points.
  3. If products and / or services that are owned by customers do not match the data on BRIPoin, the customer is required to confirm or update the data to the BRI Branch Office.
  4. To get BRIPoin, customers must follow the conditions in getting points.
  5. Program participation will automatically end if the customer no longer has an account at BRI and/or the customer dies and/or the customer is declared not entitled to collect or exchange points by BRI for committing fraud in collecting BRIPoin or violating other banking regulations. In this case, BRI is fully entitled to cancel the customer's participation in this program.
  1. BRI has the right to refuse, cancel the redeem BRIPoin or temporarily block the BRIPoin account of customers who commit violations/omissions such as customer BRIPoin indicated obtained from unnatural transactions.
  2. Every refusal, cancellation of gift redemption or blocking BRIPoin accounts will be notified by BRI to customers in the form and manner determined by BRI
  3. If the customer is legally and convincingly proven that the BRIPoin points of the Customer were obtained from an incorrect/improper transaction. Then BRI has the right to declare the Customer has committed negligence/violation and BRI has the right to terminate the participation of the customer in the BRIPoin program.

  2. If the prize inventory runs out / there is no service/goods provider, Bank BRI will deliver the information to the customer. BRIPoin Points that have been exchanged will be returned/cancelled by BRI and the Customer can exchange with other available prizes.
  3. The quality of goods/services is the responsibility of the provider of goods/services, if there are complaints related to the quality of goods, the complaint can be submitted directly to the goods/service provider.
  4. Complaints can be submitted no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the exchange of BRIPoin. Complaints will not be followed up if received by BRI after more than 14 calendar days.

  2. These terms and conditions are an inseparable unity with the provisions and information submitted by BRI including through other media such as letters, posters, flyers, and others.
  3. Points that have been redeemed cannot be cancelled
  4. Prizes that have been selected cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other prizes.
  5. Customers are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of customers BRI accounts including electronic devices and communications used by customers to access BRI accounts.
  6. BRI has the right to carry out maintenance activities and or changes in technical specifications and access to BRIPoin.
  7. All losses and/or claims arising as a result of negligence and/or negligence of the Customer in maintaining the security of BRIPoin account passwords and supporting devices used by the Customer to access BRIP oin accounts so that they can be used by irresponsible parties and cause financial losses are is the customer's responsibility.
  8. Product and/or transaction terms and conditions and/or others not regulated in these terms and conditions will follow the terms and conditions that apply to each product/transaction.
  9. In managing the BRIPoin program. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in collaboration with PT. Gift Management Indonesia (Giift).
