Flight

Order Rules

  1. BRIPoin total Points displayed include all fees including applicable fees and taxes, but do not include all airport taxes or other fees that may have to be paid at certain airports.
  2. You are asked to pay the full price before confirming your order.
  3. There are no points or funds refunds for flights with the status of ‘absent’ or flights that have not been used.
  4. For information on your frequent flyer membership miles, please contact the airline directly
  5. For international flights, please ensure that you have a visa and passport with a minimum validity period of 6 months before the date of arrival in the country.
  6. Infant rates apply to babies under 24 months for the entire route. This includes routes for connecting flights and return. If the baby on the way home is over 24 months old, you must make separate bookings using child rates.
  7. Infants passengers must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.
  8. BRI and Giift are not responsible for changes in the schedule of the airlines after the ticket issuance, we will forward to you if the airline notifies the schedule changes in advance. You are advised to ensure a re-flight schedule 24 hours before your flight departure.
  9. BRI and Giift have the right to change any costs from time to time without prior notice.

Check-in:

Changes and Cancellations:

  1. BRI and Giift can help you with certain order changes. In certain cases, you are requested to contact the airlines directly.
  2. By making a booking or purchasing a travel ticket on BRIPoin, you are deemed to have understood, accepted and agreed to the policy on the amendment and cancellation provisions, as well as all additional terms and conditions imposed by the airlines. Please note that certain rates or offers do not qualify for changes or cancellations. You are responsible for checking and understanding the changes and cancellation policies and conditions.
  3. You will be charged with changes and cancellation fees according to airline regulations. If there is a difference in rates, you will be charged the difference in the applicable tariff, but if the new tariff is lower than the previous tariff, the difference in the amount of the fee will not be refunded.
  4. In addition to the change fees from the airline, BRI and Giift will charge additional handling fees (the amount in rupiah/dollar) per passenger.
  5. Online Cancellation: Cancellations can be made online by logging into your BRIPoin account and going to the order history page.
  6. Offline cancellation: We also accept cancellations by telephone.
Hotels

Booking Policy:

  1. By making a hotel/inn reservation at BRIPoin, you are deemed to have understood, accepted and agreed to the policy on the amendment and cancellation provisions, as well as all additional terms and conditions imposed by the hotel/inn manager. Please note that certain rates or offers do not qualify for changes or cancellations. You are responsible for checking and understanding the changes and cancellation policies and conditions.
  2. Standard check-in time is after 14.00 (local time) and check-out is 12.00 (local time). This can vary from season to season and/or city to city. Please check the respective hotel conditions.
  3. Early check-in or late check-out facilities are entirely dependent on hotel room availability. BRPoin is not fully responsible for this.
  4. Not all hotel/lodging offer options include breakfast, make sure you have confirmed the order details before redemption.

Changes and cancellations

  1. For bookings made through BRIPoin, customers cannot cancel or change dates and there are no BRIPoin points refunded.
Car Rentals

Booking Policy:

  1. After the customer redeems the rental car, a confirmation will be given within 1 x 24 hours. Questions regarding the confirmation can contact us at the BRI Call Center 14017/1500017
  2. In case a car request is taken and returned at a different location, there may be additional fees plus applicable taxes. This will be notified at the time of booking by our team.
